1. Shipping Coverage
Gadget Corner delivers across India to all serviceable pin codes. Delivery availability is validated at checkout — you must enter a valid state and pin code combination to place an order. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.
2. Delivery Timelines

Note: These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to factors such as courier partner logistics, weather conditions, public holidays, or local disruptions. Business days exclude Sundays and national holidays.
3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. The final payable amount shown at checkout is all-inclusive (product price + shipping + GST).
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation:
- UPI payments: Order processing begins after successful payment verification through our payment gateway webhook
- Cash on Delivery: Order processing begins immediately upon order placement confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. A separate email with tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. You can also track your order on our website by visiting the Track Order page and entering your order number and email address. If a tracking link is available, it will be displayed on the order tracking page.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 2-3 delivery attempts at the shipping address provided. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts (due to unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal), the package will be returned to us. In such cases:
- For prepaid orders: A refund will be processed after deducting return shipping charges
- For COD orders: Re-delivery may be arranged at additional shipping cost, or the order will be cancelled
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, phone number, and landmark (if applicable) are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Address changes after order dispatch are not guaranteed but we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests.
8. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or courier partner operational issues. In case of significant delays, our support team will proactively communicate with you.
9. Damaged Shipments
If you receive a package that appears damaged in transit, please document the damage (photographs of the outer packaging and product) and contact us within 48 hours at contact@gadgetcorner.store. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. International Shipping
Currently, Gadget Corner only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
