Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Gadget Corner (operated by Zenvello Commerce Private Limited), we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel an order or request a refund or return, and the timelines applicable to each scenario.

2. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch: You may request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email us at contact@gadgetcorner.store with your order number and reason for cancellation.

After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, refuse delivery (for prepaid orders) or initiate a return after receiving the product, subject to the conditions outlined below.

COD Orders: If you refuse a Cash on Delivery order at the time of delivery without prior cancellation request, we reserve the right to restrict COD availability for your future orders.

3. Return Eligibility

You may initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
  • All accessories, tags, labels, and documentation must be intact
  • The product must not show signs of physical damage caused by the customer
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided

Non-returnable items: Products that have been used, products with broken seals (where applicable), products damaged due to misuse by the customer, and products returned after the 7-day return window are not eligible for return.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at contact@gadgetcorner.store with your order number, product details, and reason for return
  • Include photographs of the product (and packaging) if reporting a defect or damage
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with return instructions
  • Once approved, ship the product back to the address provided by our team
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product sent by us

Please note that actual credit to your bank account or UPI app may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 2-5 additional business days).

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@gadgetcorner.store
  • Provide your order number and clear photographs of the damage/defect
  • We will arrange for a return pickup (at no cost to you) or provide return shipping instructions
  • Upon verification, we will process a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference and product availability

7. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued if: the returned product shows signs of use but is otherwise in acceptable condition; only part of a multi-item order is being returned; or the product packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact.

8. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Return request raised after 7 days from delivery
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
  • Products with missing original packaging, accessories, or tags
  • Shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error)

9. Refund for UPI Payments

For orders paid via UPI, refunds will be processed through our payment gateway. The refund will be credited back to the original UPI-linked bank account. In cases where automatic refund fails, we will arrange a bank transfer after verifying your account details.

10. Disputes and Escalations

If you are unsatisfied with the resolution of your refund or return request, you may escalate your concern to our Grievance Officer:

11. Policy Amendments

Gadget Corner reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance. Orders placed before the effective date of any changes will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of order placement.
